Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment

Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings.

Adhere to RERA rules and regulations.Prepare Tenancy contracts ,Ejari and various Forms.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Maintain and update the company’s CRM system and databases, ensuring that all client and property information is accurate and up-to-date.

Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs

Handle basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection standards.

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.


Skills

Others Requirements:


Real Estate/Property Management Experience is mandatory (Min 2Years)

English fluency is mandatory

UAE driving license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
