Who we are:

Swiss Butter is a casual steakhouse that serves 3 mains: beef filet or ribeye, chicken breast & salmon filet. All 3 mains are served with our secret Swiss Butter sauce, a mesclun salad, a freshly baked baguette, chili flakes and your choice of fries or a baked potato. We also serve a molten chocolate fondant and a pain perdu for dessert.

As a young restaurant, our primary focus is perfecting our service and offerings to the large number of clients we serve every month. We want to grow the brand and open up the doors to Swiss Butter in every major city in the world.

Position Summary

Provide Management with information needed to control costs and monitor activities relating to all Cost Controls areas; food and beverage purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory variance.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives, optimizing supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all logistics functions.

-Oversee Transportation and Distribution activities.

-Prepare, manage, and monitor the logistics budget, seeking cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and aligning spending with overall company goals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.

-Track, analyze, and report on key logistics metrics

-Inventory and Stock Management.

-Ensure logistics operations adhere to legal, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements.

-Proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain, implement risk mitigation strategies, and resolve any logistical challenges swiftly to minimize impact on operations.

Qualifications

Holder of a degree in business or equivalent

3 to 4 years of relevant experience

English and Arabic; French is a plus
