We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Track and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct basic research and prepare reports as required.
- Manage Social Media - no experience necessary, we will provide training
Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to manage varying tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
