We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, foster a positive organizational culture, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The Head of HR will play a key role in driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
  • Talent Management & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. Work closely with department heads to ensure workforce planning meets current and future business needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for resolving employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting open communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems, including setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and implementing development plans to drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures to ensure the company remains attractive to top talent while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Training & Development: Lead the development and implementation of employee training programs to enhance skills, performance, and career growth. Ensure leadership development initiatives are in place to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure the company is fully compliant with all UAE labor laws and regulations, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Stay updated on legal changes affecting HR practices and policies.
  • Employee Wellness & Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention. Implement programs to foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Use HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR KPIs.
  • HR Technology & Systems: Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure the department utilizes technology to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM are a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the UAE or the GCC region.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices. Familiarity with cultural nuances and business practices within the UAE is essential.

  • Languages: Proficiency in English (Hindi is a plus).
