Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular on-site visits to maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Regional Manager to drive improvements.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations promptly.
- Identify and implement improvements in customer experience processes.
- Monitor customer retention metrics and proactively address any potential issues to reduce churn.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer experience initiatives with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in customer experience or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Proven experience in customer management.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Valid driver’s license
