Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Regional Manager to drive improvements.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations promptly.
  • Identify and implement improvements in customer experience processes.
  • Monitor customer retention metrics and proactively address any potential issues to reduce churn.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer experience initiatives with broader business goals.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-7 years of experience in customer experience or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Proven experience in customer management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Valid driver’s license
