Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels of printing materials, consumables, and spare parts.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, investigate variances, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory forecasts and generate stock status reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Procurement Activities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for printing consumables, inks, machinery parts, and other related materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality.

Operational Support

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure inventory aligns with project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and recommend stock replenishment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations in procurement and inventory management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software, Zoho creator) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
  • ⁠Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
