Key Responsibilities:

1. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE policies.

• Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions, practices, and potential hazards.
• Recommend corrective actions and ensure timely implementation.
• Document findings and maintain records of HSE performance.

• Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to the workforce.
• Promote a strong safety culture by engaging with employees at all levels.
• Develop training materials and ensure awareness of site-specific hazards.

• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to identify root causes.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE within the oil and gas construction sector.
