Reservations Manager Assistant

Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets.
We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager with experience in a reputable hotel in the United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within the hotel’s policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests
- Access and interpret Human Resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
- Manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems
- Maintain the data integrity of the Property Management System with respect to guest profiles, history, sales and marketing
- Manage the Revenue Management System with strict adherence to the hotel’s standards and audit preparation requirements
· Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
Skills
Requirements:
- Hotel / Tourism School Diploma or Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Possess excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have Opera Systems experience
