Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Oversee and manage correspondence, including handling emails, phone calls, and internal communications to ensure efficient information flow.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes to ensure meetings are productive and actionable.
- Assist with the management and execution of various projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.
