Commis 3 - Bakery
Reports to Head Baker
As a Commis 3 you are responsible for preparing orders in coordination with your team and supervisor by meeting the set standard and qualities along with below key responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support the Demi Chef De Partie or Commis I in the daily operation work.
• To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.
• Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
• Ensure consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.
• To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.

Skills
Experience requirement:
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar industry
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
• High School Certificates/Diploma
• Undergraduate Degree
