We are seeking a passionate and skilled Piano Salesperson with a strong understanding of both piano sales and playing the piano. As a Piano Salesperson, you will not only assist customers in selecting the perfect piano but also use your musical expertise to demonstrate and highlight the unique features and capabilities of each piano. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance in selecting the ideal piano based on their preferences, playing ability, and budget.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Have an in-depth knowledge of various types of pianos (grand, upright, digital) and use your playing skills to demonstrate their features effectively.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through a combination of direct sales, product demonstrations, and relationship building with clients.
- Piano Demonstrations: Actively perform demonstrations on different piano models, showcasing sound quality, feel, and the piano's features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized recommendations, follow-up calls, and after-sales support.
- Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is always organized and that pianos are in top condition, providing a welcoming environment for customers.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current market trends, competitor products, and the latest piano models. Share insights with management and adjust strategies as needed.
- Promotions & Events: Participate in piano events, promotional activities, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and reach new customers.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in musical instruments or a related field. Experience in selling pianos or working with musical products is highly desirable.
- Musical Knowledge: A solid understanding of playing the piano is essential. Being able to demonstrate proficiency in piano playing is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Ability to engage with customers, listen to their needs, and offer personalized advice.
- Knowledge of piano types, brands, and technical features.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
