Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a "can-do" attitude. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage key administrative functions, and contribute to the success of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and calls.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and event coordination.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
  • Oversee day-to-day office management, including HR, procurement, and contract management.
  • Handle sensitive documents such as contracts, financial records, and strategic plans.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Eager to learn, people-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
