Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Implementation: Establish and standardize key HR processes to ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.
  • OKR Framework: Develop and implement an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align team goals with the company’s vision and strategy.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment initiatives to support the company’s ambitious growth plans, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business units to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • HR Strategy Support: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management to build a sustainable, high-performing culture.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Professional, ideally within fast-paced and rapidly growing industries.
  • Strong expertise in HR process design, recruitment strategies, and performance management systems.
  • Experience in implementing OKR frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
