  • Management of flight, hotel and car bookings via GDS Systems
  • Providing 24/7 customer service, resolve customer issues, and preparation of travel itenaries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable rates
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with travel documentation
  • Collaborate with the team, to share best practices, support workloads and contribute to operational improvement


Skills

  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and industry trends.
  • Minimum 2+ years working experience in Travel & Tourism preferrably within the UAE
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Travel & Tourism & Hospitality
