We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of events and exhibition stands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event production processes and the ability to handle projects efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Plan, design, and oversee the execution of events and exhibition stands, ensuring they align with client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Production Management: Work collaboratively with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, incorporating feedback, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics such as venue arrangements, equipment setup, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Budget Management: Create and monitor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination, with a preference for expertise in exhibition stands and event management.
