This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Circle Global Logistics in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations
  • Customer Support: Providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries
  • Customer Experience: Enhancing the overall experience for customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Attending Customer Calls, Enquiries, Pricing , Quoting, handling Air freight / Sea freight / Land / Import / Export / Cross trade shipments.
  • Handling LCL / FCL / Special equipment’s
  • Co-ordinating with Customers / overseas agents / local vendors/ transporters
  • Arranging BL/ Invoicing customer/ closing jobs
  • Can join immediately.
