This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Circle Global Logistics in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Attending Customer Calls, Enquiries, Pricing , Quoting, handling Air freight / Sea freight / Land / Import / Export / Cross trade shipments.
- Handling LCL / FCL / Special equipment’s
- Co-ordinating with Customers / overseas agents / local vendors/ transporters
- Arranging BL/ Invoicing customer/ closing jobs
- Can join immediately.
