Primary focus to pro-actively market our services, prepare proposals up to and including the conclusion stages.
Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
Build cross-business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
Bring products to the market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.

Skills

A background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable but not mandatory.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Educated to degree or equivalent level.
Strong Sales background
Arabic Language preferred.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Preferably from Shift Leasing background.
