- Lead with Expertise: Stay connected to industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of general insurance underwriting guidelines to provide technically sound advice and solutions.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client service, from crafting proposals to policy issuance and beyond.
- Keep it Compliant: Adhere to all regulatory standards while promoting ethical practices in every interaction.

Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7–10 years in business development, with at least 3 years focused on general insurance in the UAE or GCC region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. A professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII, ACII) is a plus.
- Industry Network: Strong connections with corporate clients, free zones, and key decision-makers in the UAE insurance market.
- Proven Success: A history of exceeding sales targets, securing major accounts, and driving market growth.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with leadership qualities to inspire and mentor others.
