Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle office correspondence, including mail, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Provide information and guidance to guests and employees as needed.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Support other departments as required with clerical duties.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude, appearance, and positive personality.
- Ability to handle a busy environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
