Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR and Administration in the UAE, and well-versed in UAE Labour Law. The successful candidate will support HR functions, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help manage administrative duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Process payroll, benefits, and ensure timely disbursements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and other HR-related activities.
- Maintain employee documentation (contracts, visas, etc.) and handle visa-related procedures.
- Organize and oversee daily administrative tasks such as office supplies management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Maintain and update internal HR systems and databases.
- Provide support for any employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations in the workplace.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR and Administration in the UAE, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain it’s confidentiality.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its application in the workplace.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of employee visa processes, medical insurance, and other administrative duties in the UAE.
- Preferred with experience in Development or Law Firm
