JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Represent the company professionally in all dealings with government officials and entities. - Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and related corporate legal requirements in coordination with the HR Manager, - Liaise with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration etc) for employee and company-related documentation, - Stay updated on changes of government’s rules and regulations and promptly inform the HR Manager of any impact on company operations, - Maintain an organized record of all PRO-related documentation, ensuring deadlines are met for renewals and submissions, - Support HR with document attestation, translations, and other administrative tasks as required, - Assist the HR department in ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws for all employees, - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional workspace. LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE : - Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory). - Arabic (speaking and writing) is highly preferred. - Experience: Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE. During the interview, you will be asked to share your approach to initiating government interactions and highlight the results you have achieved. HARD SKILLS: - Strong Understanding of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks— knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and local government regulations - Resource Planning — ability to assess resource needs for projects and daily tasks, plan their use effectively, and ensure optimal resource utilization. - Process Management — capable of identifying, defining, and optimizing processes required for task completion and achieving objectives.
