Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email.
- Answer questions regarding services and general queries.
- Effectively use CRM systems to manage and resolve customer issues in compliance with the organization's standards.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements.
- Take ownership of your designated responsibilities and ensure timely reporting of issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while collaborating with all departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and multitask under pressure.
- A positive, keen attitude with a passion for customer service and problem-solving.
