As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of interacting with our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving complaints in a polite and professional manner. Your role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email.
  • Answer questions regarding services and general queries.
  • Effectively use CRM systems to manage and resolve customer issues in compliance with the organization's standards.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements.
  • Take ownership of your designated responsibilities and ensure timely reporting of issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while collaborating with all departments.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to remain calm and multitask under pressure.
  • A positive, keen attitude with a passion for customer service and problem-solving.
