DGF UAE has an opening for Training, Applications and End User Support Team Leader. You will have to contribute to the Country Business Process, System & Training process to deliver and continuously improve business process requirements, business process framework, business solution design, system change management and system training design and support; provide system expertise, knowledge & Training for WMS core applications.

In this Training, Applications and End User Support Team Leader role, you will:
Key Accountabilities
Main Accountabilities
- Subject matter expert on the processes and operational functions of the WMS & their supporting applications and integrated technologies in use in the facility.
- Develop and document standards, policies, procedures & work instructions for DC operations that are system-based.
- Provide end user support for system / process fails (WMS) ; analyze, identify cause, determine/act on solutions; escalate to/partner with Customer IT Implementation support when appropriate.
- Develop strong working relationships with the clients, including serving as a subject matter expert for processes by which the Clients interact/communicate with the distribution center.
- Collaborate with the clients to identify new/changed business needs; identify and analyze options to deliver these requirements, make recommendations (including recommendations for how technology can meet these requirements), and assist in implementation.
- Partner with Operation Managers, DC Team, and IT Functional team in the identification and advocacy of prospective initiatives and projects as a part of continuous improvement
- Partner with Customer IT Implementation team for timely response of BRD, CR, RFQs, Tenders and identify related efforts involved.
- Play a key role in testing and release activities in partnership with Customer IT Implementation team and the business, managing User Acceptance Testing and training on new applications/functionality.
People Management
- Develop a culture of quality, service excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure appropriate talent knowledge maintenance organization and improvement
- Contribute to a team spirit of effectiveness in the team

Requirements for the Job
Divisional Experience
- Five years or more years’ experience in Warehouse operations and Inventory management, preferably with WMS background
Functional Experience
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse operational process
- Project Management Skills
- Experience of Training management
- WMS super user knowledge preferable
Geographical Experience
- Good Knowledge of Local reality
Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Information management or general management
