Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned locations.
- Identify potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers’ expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of operations management experience within the F&B industry, of which at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- UAE Experience is a must.
- Proven track record in managing multiple locations.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality regulations.
- Proficient in financial management.
