Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned locations.
• Identify potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers’ expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of operations management experience within the F&B industry, of which at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• UAE Experience is a must.
• Proven track record in managing multiple locations.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality regulations.
• Proficient in financial management.
