Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition:
Generate and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
Provide informed advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and the buying/selling process.
Property Valuation:
Evaluate properties to determine accurate market values.
Analyse comparable properties and market conditions to assist in setting competitive prices.
Listing and Marketing:
Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and attractive visuals.
Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote properties.
Negotiation:
Represent clients during negotiations to ensure favourable terms for all parties.
Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Transaction Management:
Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.
Attend industry events and community activities to expand the professional network.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on secondary sales and leasing.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a real estate agent, or a track record of successful sales.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge about Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder etc.
· Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· A network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts.
· RERA support would be added advantage.
