We are seeking for Branch Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Sharjah. In this role you will be responsible to build and preserve relationship with the customers for banking products and advise them on retail products to them as per their requirement. Ensuring new business and healthy product mix is maintained keeping customer suitability at the core.

What You Will Be Doing
- Execute all branch tasks related to new business with accuracy, timeliness, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Promote and sell financial products to meet assigned sales targets.
- Provide expert advice and guidance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Support branch operations by performing additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Stay informed about the Business Continuity Plan (BCM) and complete training to respond effectively during incidents or disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers to achieve business goals.
- Adhere to the Sales Governance Document and uphold service standards consistently.
What You Should Have
- Must have problems solving attitude.
- Selling skills, Analytical thinking, fostering teamwork, Initiative.
- Good communication and written skills.
- A desire to contribute to a challenging and diverse environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong ability to build relationships and meet targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking products and services, including personal loans, national Loans and credit cards
- Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Arabic speaker will have an added advantage
