Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Provide leadership in talent acquisition, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous development across the workforce.
  • Drive HR process improvements, leveraging data and technology for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to shape workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR operations and best practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
