The Scaffolder Supervisor plays a crucial role in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in construction and maintenance projects. This position requires a skilled individual who can oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The Scaffolder Supervisor will manage a team of scaffolders, coordinate with other trades, and ensure that all scaffolding work is completed to the highest quality. This role is essential for maintaining a safe working environment and facilitating smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage scaffolding operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule scaffolding work effectively.
- Train and mentor scaffolders in best practices and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to scaffolding activities and inspections.
- Ensure that all scaffolding materials are available and in good condition for use.
- Implement safety measures and conduct safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
- Assist in the planning and design of scaffolding systems for various projects.
- Address any scaffolding-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on the progress of scaffolding work to management.

Work Location: The positions are based in Habshan and Bu Hasa, both major oil and gas facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
