We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Store Manager for our Abu Dhabi boutique to embody and lead by example in upholding this philosophy.
Role Summary:
As a Store Manager, you will assume a key role in representing the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy and leading your team to ensure the highest standards of service, customer experience, and boutique operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, guiding and motivating the sales team, and driving business growth through strategic management and collaboration with the headquarters.
Key responsibilities:
1) Customer Relationship Management:
• Cultivate Lasting relationships with Customers through active engagement on the shop floor.
• Guide the team to deliver a unique service and shopping experience that aligns with the brand philosophy, corporate image, and CRM guideline.
• Actively listen to and communicate politely with clients and team members to build mutual trust.
2) Sales and Performance Management:
• Lead the team in maximizing sales and identifying missed opportunities to improve performance.
• Provide detailed feedback to company management regarding sales trends, customer satisfaction, and competitors to implement corrective actions and boost business growth.
3) Merchandising and Visual Standards:
• Collaborate with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan optimal product assortments for the boutique.
• Ensure that visual guidelines are implemented effectively, coordinating the team to maintain high visual standards in both window and in-store displays.
4) Events and client’s engagement.
• Organize and support events and trunk show to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world and enhance loyalty among existing clients
• Provide suggestions for CRM actions to further customer engagement.
5) Team Leadership and Development:
• Manage and motivate the team with a sense of responsibility, ensuring daily activities are executed seamlessly.
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to foster professional development within the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for improvement and development
• Promote a respectful and collaborative working environment through regular one-to-one and group meetings.
• Perform regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service Maintain accurate records and ensure that the store is always prepared for audit.
6) Operational Excellence:
• Supervise the stock area, offering support as needed, particularly during inventory processes.
• Ensure adherence to retail operations procedures and guidelines provided by the headquarters
• Cultivate direct communication with the HQ to maintain alignment on strategic objectives.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury retail.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the market and customer behaviour.
• Ability to foster meaningful client relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Extensive experience in CRM with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong Customer database.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Comprehensive experience with both men’s and women’s collections.
