Qualifications:
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant or EA role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, including flights, visas, and calendar management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager: Serve as the right hand to the GM by providing seamless administrative support.
- Diary Management: Manage the GM’s schedule, organize appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, visas, accommodations, restaurants, taxis, and other travel-related logistics.
- Expense Management: Oversee expense reporting and reimbursements.
- Document Management: Maintain, update, and file corporate documents.
- Client Management: Meet and greet clients, manage contracts, and ensure excellent client relations.
- Administrative Tasks: Book meeting rooms and team lunches, arrange team events, and handle general office tasks.
- Inbox Management: Manage GM’s email correspondence and maintain the contact database.
- Event Management: Organize occasional corporate events and manage logistics.
