We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Global Procurement Officer (Purchaser)* to join our team. This role will involve sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products from international markets, including Europe, China, Hong Kong, Korea, the US, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of global markets and supply chains, as well as basic knowledge of the products we deal with (electronics, foodstuff, construction materials, and oil & gas).

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and source suppliers and manufacturers from international markets (Europe, China, Hong Kong, Korea, US, Canada).

- Negotiate and secure the best terms for pricing, lead times, and payment conditions.

- Ensure the timely procurement of products in line with company requirements.

- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise.

- Stay updated on global market trends, product availability, and pricing fluctuations.

- Work closely with internal departments to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

- Proven experience in procurement and purchasing, particularly in international markets.

- Strong knowledge of global trade, shipping, and logistics processes.

- Familiarity with product categories including electronics, foodstuff, construction materials, and oil & gas.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a procurement role, with international sourcing experience.
