ZMi Holdings, a leader in offshore marine services, is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Expeditor (UAE National) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to expedite shipments
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or logistical issues
• Maintain accurate records of procurement timelines, shipping schedules, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and logistics regulations
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Prepare reports on expediting activities and provide status updates to management

Skills

• Minimum 2-5 years in procurement, logistics, or expediting (preferably in marine/offshore industries)
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge in AMOS software is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management
• Experience in supplier management and order tracking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
