  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Cater to client queries by providing accurate data using appropriate communication channels.
  • Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.
  • Maintain a systematic list of all customer data consisting of interactions, documents, and other relevant details.
  • Interact with the senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve ongoing issues with a product or service.
  • - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, orders, and returns. 
  • - Manage visa processing and logistics support as needed. 
  • - Oversee warehouse staff, assist with order consolidation, and manage shipping logistics. 
  • - Work closely with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. 
  • - Maintain accurate customer records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills

  • - 2+ years of customer service experience.
  •  - Knowledge of visa processing, logistics, or hospitality (preferred). 
  • - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. 
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Knowledge of online tools and platforms that enhance customer experience by leveraging appropriate features.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Fluent communicator with an ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.
  • A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
  • Proficient in operating the latest versions of appropriate CRM software and Office Suite.
