Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated part-time Telemarketer to join our team remotely. This role focuses on lead generation and market research to expand our client base and enhance our service offerings.

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential clients to introduce Inspex's cleaning services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings between prospective clients and our sales team to discuss tailored cleaning solutions.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor services, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, appointment outcomes, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
