Job Description:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational processes, including guest service protocols, health and safety standards, inventory management, and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain high service standards by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that service is exceptional, and resolving any guest complaints or concerns.
- Assist with the development and monitoring of the restaurant’s budget, ensuring that expenses related to supplies, equipment, and staffing are in line with financial projections.

Qualifications:
- Open to Italian, European and CIS nationalities from 38 years old and below
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment or during the pre-opening phase of a luxury or high-end Italian restaurant is highly desirable
- In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, inventory control, and kitchen workflows
