Job Description:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational processes, including guest service protocols, health and safety standards, inventory management, and daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain high service standards by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that service is exceptional, and resolving any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of the restaurant’s budget, ensuring that expenses related to supplies, equipment, and staffing are in line with financial projections.

Salary:                                             up to 13.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Open to Italian, European and CIS nationalities from 38 years old and below
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment or during the pre-opening phase of a luxury or high-end Italian restaurant is highly desirable
  • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, inventory control, and kitchen workflows
