We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant (Emirati) to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, manage documents, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Skills
Requirements:
- UAE National with a valid Emirati passport & family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
