-Supervising the preparation and production of all pastry items, including desserts, breads, and other baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency.

-Monitoring and managing inventory levels of pastry ingredients, ensuring proper storage, and ordering supplies as needed.

-Leading and training junior pastry staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety standards and production techniques.

-Ensuring all pastry items meet the standards for taste, texture, and presentation before being served to guests

Salary:             up to 9.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications: 

-Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field

-Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef with strong understanding of quality control in food production

-Experience in international cuisine/fine dining, or similar role in a 5-star establishment

-Knowledge of hygiene, safety standards, and proper use of equipment
