The Receptionist position in the construction and building industry is a pivotal role that serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Responsibilities:

  2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  4. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  7. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  8. Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor access.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.

  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  10. Experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry is preferred.
  11. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
