- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Keep the reception area neat and organized.
Skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
