HR SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies and programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

– Manage the hiring process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

– Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

2. Employee Development:

– Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

– Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.

3. Employee Relations:

– Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

– Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.

– Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

4. Policy Development and Compliance:

– Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.

– Ensure the organization is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

– Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

– Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

– Track and analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

– Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities and outcomes.

7. Organizational Development:

– Support change management initiatives within the organization.

– Assist in workforce planning and organizational design.
