W S A Engineering Consultancy LLC  is actively seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to join our team in Dubai - UAE office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day design management for complex building projects.

• Translate client briefs into viable, coordinated design strategies.
• Manage internal and external design teams, ensuring deliverables meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee local authority approvals and ensure full compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage all post-concept design phases.
• Monitor design progress, prepare reports, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, municipalities, and contractors.
• Ensure design integration, buildability, and smooth transition to construction.
• Manage project financials, resource forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development.
• Foster team growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in architectural design management.
• Professional registration (AIA/RIBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and design regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
