Principal Accountabilities:
- Repair, replace and generally upkeep process and utility piping system including supports and valves.
- Repair, replace and generally upkeep the supply and draining piping system to include supports and valves.
- Prepare field sketches and material requirement list for process and utility piping systems replacement / modification.
- Perform field and shop piping layout and fabrication work with the assistance of other fitters and welders as required.
- Fabricate with assistance of other fitters and welders various structural items, i.e. ladders, platforms and piping conduit, Supports, jack stands and other bolted and welded objects, required for production and / or maintenance activities.
- Perform vessels and / or equipment piping system blinding as required for vessel entry and / or other production and maintenance activities.
- Perform internal tank, vessel and tower activities i.e. removal and reinstallation of trays, weirs, baffles, demister and sparing equipment
