About Us:
We are a leading interior fit-out and joinery company based in the UAE, specializing in high-quality commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. 

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Manager with strong PRO experience to join our team and take charge of our office operations and government anffairs.
 

Your Role:
As an Administrative Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations while also handling all government-related formalities and legal documentation. 

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in UAE laws and government procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise office administration, facilities, and support staff as per KPI’s
Ensure smooth documentation flow across departments and projects
Oversee procurement of office and project-related supplies
Handle all PRO duties including visa processing, labor contracts, and Emirates ID applications
Coordinate with government departments (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) for approvals and renewals
Maintain records and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
Support HR in onboarding and offboarding with government processes
Renew trade licenses, insurance, and tenancy (Ejari)
 

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
5–6years of experience in a similar role within the UAE
Background in fit-out, construction, or joinery industry preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and public relations procedures
Excellent communication in English, Arabic and Hindi
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
UAE Driving License is an advantage
