We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the marketing and sales of Urea 46% fertilizer in granular and prilled forms, available in bulk, 50 kg bags, and jumbo bags. This is a full-time position with a competitive fixed salary plus commission on every successful sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Urea 46% (granular & prilled) in bulk and packaged quantities.
Identify and engage potential buyers in domestic and international markets.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Proven track record in selling Urea 46% in large volumes (bulk and packaged).
Ability to provide documentation confirming previous bulk sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Compensation Package:
Fixed monthly salary.
