About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with 5–6 years of expertise in
managing high-volume hiring across diverse roles and functions. The ideal candidate will be
highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle while building
and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Arabic fluency is
mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead volume hiring for multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery of quality
candidates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on expectations.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and final interviews.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and deliver recruitment activities within agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years’ experience in recruitment, with proven volume hiring exposure.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic (written & spoken) and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with both internal hiring managers and external vendors.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for the contract period.
