Guildhall is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Manager to play a key role in supporting the business strategy and driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business operations and team structure within the assigned department, support business strategy implementation, and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement competency models, career development paths, and talent development plans tailored to the team’s needs.
- Provide full-spectrum HR support, including attendance, payroll, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify recruitment needs, create candidate profiles, source and evaluate talent, and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- Build strong communication channels between management and employees to ensure open dialogue, foster trust, and promote a healthy and engaging workplace culture.
- Lead performance review discussions, monitor improvement plans, and ensure alignment with overall performance management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, with a good understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Outgoing, self-driven, responsible, and approachable, with strong service orientation.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written – to support internal communication and coordination with Chinese teams.
- Experience in large-scale or multinational organizations, especially within well-structured HR systems, will be a strong advantage.
